Just to prove the is no Cholera in the Smooth flowing rivers of Eastern Cape

Ndibuyile zidwesha. It is funy how I had to come to work in Johannesburg in order to get a tour of the Eastern Cape. The tour hosted by the Eastern Cape tourism Board was beautiful . After playing in the river I was scared because of the recent Cholera reports around the country. But I ok infact I have never been better.

I had a chance to chill at the Kei Mouth river in Chintsa.

Stiring the Houdini in the face

On the work side of things, I have been  doing a lot of court reporting this year. Sitting in that cold room with hard wooden chairs all day has been a jol.

I had a plessure or nightmare of sitting behind Ananias Mathe for two days.

I must say it is quite an overwhelming thing to be around the man. The is the issue of the high security in court, my fear of guns.

Almost forgot it is a new year

I have started 2009 or should I say 2000 and shine on a high note. This is not because I had been drinking a lot of energy drinks . It seems like this is my year. I have not consulted a Sangoma online or been to church so that I can be told what I already know.

To prove that it is going to be a great year, the Eastern Cape Tourism Board has invited me to a tour of the province. if that is not a great way to start a year I do not know what is

Watch the space for the pictures of the Eastern Cape Tour

Ohh almost forgot HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The is no place like home

After three years in Gauteng, last month I returned to Mdantsane. For the first time as a tax payer I was living with my mom on full time basis. When I was young, during holidays my dad would wake me up to buy him a newspaper at a nearby shop. Trust me, there is nothing that iritates a six year old than (waking him up in the morning during holidays while all his peers are still asleep.

The township has developed, a new mall has been added, and people now shop closer to home. The mall, Mdantsane City created employment for young people. In almost everyshop I know someone. This gave me great satisfaction because some are neighbours and are former school mates.

Being back in Mdantsane made me understand that I have changed and people who are close to me have also changed. Some for the better and some are on their way to see their creator.

One thing I enjoyed was returning from work and not having to cook.
Enjoying a hot meal when I arrive home made realise that i need a wife.... quick
