The is no place like home

After three years in Gauteng, last month I returned to Mdantsane. For the first time as a tax payer I was living with my mom on full time basis. When I was young, during holidays my dad would wake me up to buy him a newspaper at a nearby shop. Trust me, there is nothing that iritates a six year old than (waking him up in the morning during holidays while all his peers are still asleep.

The township has developed, a new mall has been added, and people now shop closer to home. The mall, Mdantsane City created employment for young people. In almost everyshop I know someone. This gave me great satisfaction because some are neighbours and are former school mates.

Being back in Mdantsane made me understand that I have changed and people who are close to me have also changed. Some for the better and some are on their way to see their creator.

One thing I enjoyed was returning from work and not having to cook.
Enjoying a hot meal when I arrive home made realise that i need a wife.... quick
